Getting started with Bookr takes about 5 minutes. This guide walks you through creating your account, configuring your availability, and sharing your booking link with clients.

Step 1: Create your account

Head to the signup page and fill in your business details:

  • Business name — This is what clients see when they visit your booking page.
  • Slug — This becomes your unique URL. For example, if your slug is "bella", your booking page will be at bella.trybookr.com.
  • Email — Where you'll receive booking confirmations and alerts.
  • Password — For accessing your admin dashboard.
  • Location — Sets the timezone for your schedule so clients see the right times.

Step 2: Set your working hours

After signing up and logging in, go to Settings and define when you're available. Set your start and end times for the week. Bookr will only show clients time slots within these hours.

Step 3: Block time off

Need a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00? Taking Monday off? Use the blocked hours feature to remove specific times or days from your availability. Clients will never be able to book during blocked times.

Step 4: Configure your services

Add the services you offer — each with a name and duration. For example, "Haircut" at 30 minutes or "Full Service" at 60 minutes. The duration tells Bookr how much time to block for each appointment.

Step 5: Share your link

Your booking page is live as soon as you sign up. Share it anywhere:

  • Add it to your Instagram or Facebook bio
  • Include it in your Google Business listing
  • Send it directly to clients via WhatsApp or text
  • Put it on your website as a "Book now" button

Clients visit your page, choose a service and time, enter their details, and the booking is confirmed. You both get an email confirmation immediately.

That's it

No complex configuration, no integrations to set up. Your booking page is ready for clients to start scheduling themselves.
