By accessing or using Bookr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bookr provides an online booking platform that allows businesses to create booking pages where their clients can schedule appointments. The Service includes a booking page, admin dashboard, email notifications, and scheduling tools.
3. Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a business name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free Trial and Billing
Bookr offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will be billed at $15/month unless you cancel. Payments are processed through PayPal. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including business information, booking data, and customer information. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bookr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
